T.K. Kirkland and her band were truly exceptional. She can REALLY play the guitar, and I personally wished she had performed more of her classic hits, but she has a new album to promote. The new material was fantastic. I would definitely pay to see her again, as it was money well spent.
Another point to mention, which is beyond her control, was the incredibly rude crowd. It felt like I was at an A.D.D convention, with many individuals constantly moving around the venue. During the opening act, I would guess that around a third of the audience had not even taken their seats. Even after the intermission, there was still a significant number of people wandering around. This was quite distracting, and next time I attend a concert at this venue, I will likely opt for balcony seats.
